Nepal Shaken by Powerful Earthquake

Dear Generation Fire Family

Over the weekend , Nepal experienced the most powerful Earthquake in 80 years with over 1900 people losing their life in this natural disaster.  The Earthquake was felt throughout the Country, including other nations such as Bangladesh, and Tibet.

We recently had Bipin Sharma join the Team for Generation Fire in Nepal, and he has put out a request for Help.

  • Food
  • Clothing
  • Shelter
  • Rebuilding Homes
  • Prayer for Earthquakes to Stop and for Gods Peace and Comfort to be with the people.

The Rebuilding is a massive task ,  what we are able to do is send your donation directly to those who need it.  Though we can't provide tax deductable donations we can get it to people in need on the ground in Katmandu.  Jesus Loves these people , they are a beautiful people and up to now were on the verge of nation wide revival.

Generation Fire currently partners with Agape Mission for our Love in Action Projects.

Hey there - In 2006 myself and a bunch of friends received a call from God to call forth a generation to carry and spread the fire of God - Generation Fire was launched - my role is to work with our teams around the world to help them fulfill that calling in their own nations.

Solomon Islands Appeal

Appeal for Fa-arau Village

For over two weeks now the village of Fa’arau in the Solomon Islands has been cut off from the outside world due to the devastating deluge of torrential flood waters that have destroyed the only road into the town of Alki. Several sections of the road mainly at the creek crossings have been completely washed away making them impassable for trucks and people.

The township of Alki is really the only close by source of food and employment for the village people. I have heard stories of some people that are trekking several kilometres through the dense jungle and through rivers in order to walk to Auki to buy their food.

Also affected and destroyed by the floods was their mountain vegetable gardens. The gravity of this loss becomes more apparent when you realise that the village people have no jobs or very little money to buy their own food.

The Solomon Island government has no funding to maintain or repair their road and its repair will be left to the village people to fix for themselves and will require the use of heavy road machinery due to the extent of the damage which they have no access to.

There are no international aid agencies on the ground to help the village people so can we ask for your kind assistance please?  You can make your donation using the donate link on the Generation Fire website, thank you

Love IN ACTION

The call is to Fulfill the ministry of Jesus Christ in Luke Chapter 4 and Isaiah 61

The Spirit of the Sovereign lord is upon me because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor, to bind up the broken hearted, to set the captives free to deliver ones from darkness and to declare the year of the favor of our God.

Here at Generation Fire - Justice is very much apart of the DNA to express the firey love of Jesus and send teams to nations who love on people, this is where righteousnes and justice kiss each other.

Its where Christianity becomes practical being the hands and feet of Jesus

  • To release the fire of God in the area of Injustice.
  • To minister to the poor and those who suffer injustice, serving them with the love of Jesus.
  • To minister healing, restoration and hope to a broken community.
  • To end poverty where they are able.
  • To find practical ways to solve world problems, becoming an answer to prayer.

Generation Fire has now become a Charity for Tax Purposes however as the movement grows also the number of Projects we will be supporting.

This in some ways is the Charitable work that we do. Being the hands and feet of Jesus.
