June Update - Whats Happening & News from World Prayer Assembly

Hey Everyone - A team of 16 attended the World Prayer Assembly in Jakarta Indonesia, it was a blast - Pictures will be added to this story in days to come. In our team we had people representing - Australia, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Finland, Philippines & New Zealand.

So much is happening how can we not be excited.

We are now in discussions with Launching the movement in Indonesia, and we are excite to announce that there is a launch in the Philippines with a planned gathering for April 2013, other new doors opening are in the South Pacific - keep praying as the New Wave of Fire and Glory - The Firestorm is beginning to sweep Nations.

Australia is your time to burn for Jesus and send out Fire Starters to the Nations.

Saturday 9th June will be a Intensive on Prophetic Worship, Song of Songs, and how to facilitate and lead prayer during a Prayer Furnace 

This will be the first of intensives we are doing to begin training the next generation

We will be starting at 12noon with 3 sessions during the afternoon followed by a Dinner break where we hang out and then a Furnace @ Night - where you guys get to lead worship, read scripture, splash on the art and then prophesy over the city.

Blue Mountains Muster & Furnace

We are issuing a call for people to gather in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney for 12 Days of Continous Prayer to see an end to unrighteousness,apathy & division, a Shift in the Spiritual Atmosphere over the Blue Mountains which impacts Sydney and to prepare the ground for Harvest

We will be joining with others from different Networks from Friday 15th June

Come to Blackheath Community Hall to be apart of what God is doing.

The 12 days finishes on the weekend of the 22nd.

Largest Generation Fire Team Heads to Indonesia

Sunday 13th - 18 people from different nations embarked on their Journey to Jakarta Indonesia to partcipate in the World Prayer Assembly.

This team is the largest that Generation Fire has sent - to be apart of the Largest and most strategic prayer gathering in 30years.

This is truelly history in the making. We are entering into a season of expansion - A Key word was prophesied from the Blue Mountains recently.

Nations are opening up - This Trip is really about the Call of nations.

God is saying - Australia rise up - take your place - fulfill your call amongst the nations.

So we hope to post a follow up and an exciting report of what God is doing - later this week.

20 Hours of Non Stop Prayer for Human Trafficking

Generation Fire is calling for 20 hours on Non Stop Prayer on the Weekend of the 19-20th May 2012.

We are inviting friends from around the world to set aside this weekend to contend for victims of the Sex Slave Trade - We know that United Prayer, Faithfilled prayers is one of the ways that God can see things change - Thousands of women and children around the world are victims to Human Trafficking.  

As a movement we will be holding Prayer Furnaces in different nations - in prayer support to Shane Howson as he runs 100km in 20 hours to raise $100,000 to rescue Women and Children from Human Trafficking and to establish a safe house in India.

The North Face 100 Ultra Marathon

On the 19th May, Ambassador for Homes of Hope International, Shane Howson is running in the toughest Ultra Marathon in Australia ‘The North Face 100”, an Ultra endurance event which will take between 15-20 hours to complete. This event is the catalyst to raise $100K to establish a Safe House in India which will provide refuge and shelter for children rescued out of the Human Trafficking Trade. The refuge will be managed by trained staff and will focus on recovery and helping young people with nurture, education and a new life.
