Generation FIre is a Registered Charity with the ACNC and each year we are required by our constitution to hold an Annual General Meeting where the positions on the board are spilled and then nominations will take place to elect members to the board and elect officers to run the board of Generation Fire. The Board meeting requires a 2/3rds quorum of members to run.
