Sharing the Vision:
On April 9th 2010 something ignited in the City of Canberra. A number of us gathered at the Ywam base. The Presence of God became very thick in the room and was quite evident that God was up to something. During the night many prophetic words were received and what came out was that God was calling his army to gather once again. A young man received a word from Joel Chapter 2 - whilst this passage was being read. God spoke clearly that He was not finished with Canberra and that we were to come back a second time - which would be like a second strike over the City.
This Gathering is a Joel 2 Type of Gathering and we are now calling those who resonate with Joel's Army to respond to this call to Gather once again.
We have prayed and asked the lord what word does He have for such a time as this - and that word is (It's Time to Burn). Australia It's Time to Burn
2009 was about Activate - 2010 is now about Burning for the lord.
So this is call going out across the nation - To gather in Canberra those with burning hearts, those who are apart of this Generation of fire, fire starters to Gather for 3 Days.
These 3 Days will be relational, life changing, Releasing and empowering as we come together as a family or like a tribe.
God wants to release more of His presence, more of His spirit and more of His fire. He wants to baptize this nation, he wants to consume this nation with his awesome fire.
2010 is about seeing the firestorm of the Holy Spirit engulfing this nation.
Preparation
Like each gathering we hold as a movement we invite you once again to take time to prepare spiritually for this gathering. Let us all be intentional about having a life changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. Come prepared to be changed, Transformed and empowered.
Come prepared to encounter the presence of God. Ask your heavenly father what he is wanting to do in you in preparation for you to be ready by the time the national gathering comes.
So in short - be prayerful, be open, be hungry, be desperate.
Come believing that God can and will use you to touch a nation.

friday 6th August - Registration 9am , Welcome 9.30am Day 1 9.30am-9.30pm
Saturday 7th August - Registration 9am , Day 2 9.30am-9.30pm

Keynote Speakers
Rev Dan Armstrong
Dan Armstrong is a true father in the faith, he has served the Lord preaching the gospel for over 50years, Dan was instrumental in a mighty revival that swept through Elcho Island down through Arnhem Land and right into the heart of Australia. Dan comes with a renewed hunger for the younger generation to be set on fire.
Chris Harvey Unfortunately was double booked and can no longer join us for this gathering
Donny McGregor is the founder and International Director of Generation fire, and has served the Lord for close to 20years and in that time has preached the gospel to thousands of people. Donny is a radical fire Starter and brings a message calling the church to a deeper level of intimacy and reality of the presence of God. His passion for Jesus is unrelenting. In the last 10 years Donny has been involved with pioneering the prayer movement in Australia. Donny is down to earth and resides in the Blue Mountains

Chris Gilbert
Chris Gilbert is a passionate, young worship leader with a prophetic edge that loves to connect worshippers with the heart of God. Chris enjoys creating atmospheres which help to facilitate the movement of the Spirit and empower people to experience a more intimate and joyful relationship with God. He works part-time and is involved with leading worship at various churches, houses of prayer & worship burns.
Accommodation
Accommodation costs are an extra cost and not included with registration fees. Accommodation has to be booked by the individual and not through Generation fire (unless camping or staying at the Ywam Base.) There is limited accommodation available at Ywam. Exact availability won't be know until closer to the event. There is camping available on the grounds for those willing to test the weather in Winter.
All camping gear is B.Y.O and the camping site is unpowered. Amenities are available on the base. We suggest to all those staying at YWAM to bring warm bedding with you as it will be Winter and temperatures do drop below zero.

Registration Rates are as follows
Standard weekend $120
Couples $200
Children $25 per day
Day Visit $60
All rates include meals that is non negotiable.
